John Chwat served as a senior advisor on developing “Advocacy” for the National Collegiate Honors Council representing over 800 institutions, 350,000 students in honors programs, and provided access to the White House, Congress and reported on all higher education legislation and policy.
Working with the University of Oklahoma, co-located with the National Severe Storm Labs (NSSL) of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the Firm obtained tens of millions of dollars over a decade for a major research and development weather radar project. The University of Oklahoma’s School of Meteorology is one of the largest in the United States.
The firm identified, developed a project, and assisted in presentations at sites around the U.S. for the University of Cambridge, UK to seek U.S. graduate student scholarships in partnership with major African-American and Hispanic-American educational foundations. The University of Cambridge is one of the world’s leading education institutions.
The firm successfully obtained one of the largest congressional funding allocations to a community college on the East Coast for several years totaling over $2M annually.
